Please note: While anyone may at times display 'challenging behaviour', all our information resources relate to the care of individuals with severe learning disabilities.

Severe Learning Disabilities (sometimes referred to as severe intellectual disability or severe mental handicap) is a developmental disability and refers to individuals who have either no speech or limited communication skills and require support with daily living skills such as dressing and eating.

Resources are free of charge to parents/ unpaid carers.

Orders outside the UK

In order to cover both the postage costs and the additional administrative work involved in mailing packages outside the UK (customs declarations and so on) the following charges apply: additional £7.50 GBP postage & packing per item.

Please note if you are paying with currency other than GBP the following additional administrative charges apply to cover the amount charged to us by our bank. Thank you for your understanding.

Over £100.00 £6.00 per payment

For currency payments into a sterling account

Value up to £100.00 Free
Over £100.00 £8.00 per payment

Charges for receiving cheques drawn on international banks (charges are per cheque):
